First Executive VP Vacancy – election to fill for remainder of term will be held with General Elections beginning in October

Mountains VP Vacancy – election to fill for remainder of term will be held with General Elections beginning in October

Fontana Museum $2500 – tabled from June E-Board – Story

Constitution and Bylaws language proposal to go to vote of membership – Attendance requirement at meetings for elected officers – C&B Committee

2025 Proposed Elections Dates and Language -Nominations for the Offices of President/Business Manager, West Valley Vice President, South Desert Vice President, Special Ops Vice President, North Desert Representative 1, North Desert Representative 2, North Desert Representative 3, Mountain Representative, East Valley Representative 1, East Valley Representative 2,  Trustee 1, Trustee 2, Trustee 3 for full terms and the Office of First Executive Vice President and Mountains Vice President for the remainder of the term will be made at the November General Membership meeting on Tuesday November 11, 2025.  Postcards will be mailed to all members no later than October 1, 2025. Ballots (if needed) will be mailed  November 21, 2025 and counted December 11, 2025. If the Local chooses online voting instead of mailed ballots the online center will open November 21 and close December 11 of 2025.
